QIs it possible to purchase on-site for a sold-out performance?

A

The remaining reserved seats will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis from opening time on the same day at the ticket office.
Reserved seats for sales can be generated in small quantities and sometimes you will not be able to purchase the seat you would like to have.
However, it is difficult to accurately know the reserved sales until the ticket office is open, and it is not possible to cancel / change seats after purchase.

QIs there a ticket discount system?

A

A ticket discount system is conducted for each performance, and the detailed discount rate can be found on the performance information page.

It is necessary to present related documents when applying for the discount. If you do not submit documentation, you will be charged the standard price.

QIs it possible to purchase tickets at the performance site?

A

QHow do I get my ticket after reservation?

A

Tickets can be received after confirming the reservation name / contact / reservation confirmation number at the ticket office of the relevant venue 1 hour 30 minutes before the performance starts. (The same applies for paid performances and free performances.) If you apply a discount rate that requires confirmation, you will not be able to receive it unless you have the purchaser's identification and documentation.

The operating hours of the ticket office may change depending on the performance, so please refer to the notes on the performance guide page.

QIs it possible to select a seat for online reservation sales?

A

In the case of a paid performance, the reservation sale price can be obtained after selecting the desired seat through the ticket sales agency website (Ticket Link, Naver reservation).

In the case of free performances, seats are allocated directly by the theater on a first-come-first-served basis by telephone reservation and online reservation (Naver reservation), and seat selection is not possible. * You can check the designated seat when you receive the ticket on the day of the performance.

QCan I cancel reserved tickets on the day of the performance?

A

In the case of paid performances, it is difficult to cancel sales in advance on the day-of due to the ticket cancellation rules of the ticket sales agency (Ticket Link, Naver reservation). All fees apply to cancellations based on performance dates. For details, please refer to the notices on the corresponding performance guide page.

Even in the case of free performances, it is not possible to cancel the reserved sale on the day of the performance, and transfer the ticket to another person so that it can be viewed. NO-SHOWS will not be able to make reservations for other people if the performance is sold out.
There will also be considerable business disruption for the people involved in the performance.

Customers who fail to attend without canceling the reservation may have restrictions for the next free performance. Reservations can be canceled through Gangwon Provincial Drama Theater at 033-255-0296~7 until 17:00 one day before the performance date.

* NO-SHOWS are audience members who do not attend and do not cancel the reservation in the required time.

QAre duplicate discounts applied when purchasing tickets?

A

Duplicate discounts do not apply.

QI would like to know about ticket cancellations / refunds.

A

The cancellation / refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation deadline is until 5pm on the previous day of the performance. No cancellation or changes can be made on the day the performance. In the case of cancellation, a fee will be charged according to the cancellation fee regulations of the ticket sales agency.

Cancellation is possible only through reserved channels.
-If you pay by bank deposit, the fee will be credited to your account with the remaining amount minus 500 won for the cancellation fee and remittance charge.

Within 7 days after booking / Same day of reservation: No cancellation fee
8 days after reservation, 10 days before viewing: 4,000 won per musical performance, 2,000 won for theater ticket. *Within 10% of the ticket amount
7-9 days before viewing: 10% of the ticket amount
3-6 days before viewing: 20% of the ticket amount
1-2 days before viewing: 30% of the ticket amount
No cancellation fee on the day of reservation
Cancellations for telephone reservations apply only during call center operation hours. Cancellations for online sales apply until 23:59:59.
However, if the reservation day is the day before the performance, it will apply until the cancellation deadline.

QIs there a cancellation fee after payment?

A

As for cancellation after the paid performance payment, a fee will be charged according to the cancellation fee rules of the ticket sales agency.

There will be no additional cancellation fee for free performance cancellations.

QI canceled the reservation after payment. When will I be refunded?

A

Cancellation of card payment can be confirmed through the card company 5 days after requesting cancellation.

Bank transfer settlement refund can be refunded within 7 business days only with the bank account of the person who reserved the ticket.

QI lost my ticket. What should I do?

A

The right to attend the performance is given to the ticket holder in priority, and it is not possible to enter with reservation information alone. Please be careful not to lose your admission ticket at all times.

QHow can I create a cash receipt or receipt for a reserved ticket?

A

(1) Cash receipt issuance guide

* Issue scope: Deposit without a passbook deposit, direct debit

① Ticket amount is issued in the name of the supplier of the product
There can be a limit of issue from the requesting supplier, so please contact the planning company.
② Reserved ticket and fees (reservation fees, delivery charges, etc.) are issued by the Ticket Link name.
Application and issuance period: within 3 months of payment date. The breakdown of cash receipts can be checked up to 6 months after payment.

(2) How to apply for a cash receipt

② Applying: Enter the mobile number, cash receipt card, and business registration number in the pop-up and confirm.
(The criteria entered at the time of issuance cannot be changed later.)
③ Application completed
④ If you select "ticket issue", you can check the cash receipt and print it.

(3) Confirmation of application details

The breakdown of the cash receipt is recorded in the electronic system and you can check the usage breakdown (date, trade name, amount, etc.) for 3 months. The monthly usage breakdown can be seen for 1 year on the cash receipt homepage. If the breakdown is confirmed, you don't have to save it.

It will be inquired from 9:00 on the day after payment on the cash receipt website.


(4) When issuance is not possible

- It cannot be issued if 3 months have passed since the reservation
- If the planning company is not affiliated
- If you entered the wrong mobile number / cash receipt card / business registration number when applying for the cash receipt

(5) Other

* Detailed information regarding cash receipts can be found on the National Tax Service website.

- Subject of cash receipt issuance for cancellation fee: Transactions not subject to cash receipt

- The nature of cancellation fees is the nature of compensation for operating losses.

: Regardless of the supply of goods and services, compensation is provided as compensation for operating loss and is not subject to value-added tax under Article 1 of the said act. Therefor, it is not eligible for issuance.

QWhen I receive a ticket on the performance site, can I receive it even if I am not the person who reserved?

A

When you receive a ticket, you can pick up your ticket after confirming the reservation name / contact / reservation confirmation number.

However, if there is a discount, it is necessary to present the relevant documentation, and if you do not know the documentation, you will be charged the price difference.

QIs it possible to enter the audience seat after the performance starts?

A

After the performance starts, you will not be able to enter the audience seat. You must enter only at times that are determined separately according to the content of the performance.

Please note that there may be no mid-term admission due to performances.
If admission is permitted, please follow the guidance of the seat attendant so that others will not be disturbed.

In principle, delayed audience members cannot sit in their seat, but can sit in the reserved seat if there is an intermediate break.

QWhat time must I arrive on the day of the performance?

A

Opening of the performance hall is 1 hour and 30 minutes before the start of performance. Arrival at the performance hall must be completed at least 30 minutes in advance. Please sit in your seat 10 minutes before the performance.
The ticket office is crowded just before the performance, so you are recommended to arrive early.

QIs it possible to take photos, audio/video record during the performance?

A

Recording is possible only for curtain calls before the performance starts and after the performance ends. Please refrain from taking photos, audio/video recordings after the performance starts, as it will be inconvenient not only to the performers but to other audience members.

Please observe the fact that the performance hall is a public place and observe basic etiquette when viewing.

QIs it possible to move seats for performances that are not sold out?

A

Even if the performance is vacant, you cannot move your seat.

Moving seats during a performance is a nuisance to other audience members, and it is not proper etiquette even before the start of a performance.

QIs it possible to bring food when viewing the performance?

A

Food and drink, except for mineral water with a cap, cannot be taken into the performance hall.

Please acknowledge that carelessness can be a great inconvenience not only for performers but also for other audience members. This may harm the atmosphere of the performance hall. Please consume food and drinks in the lobby and then enter the performance hall.

QWhere is the performance hall located?

A

There is currently no exclusive performance hall for Gangwon Provincial Drama Theater and the performance tour for Gangwon is underway.
As tour area and venues are different for each performance, please refer to the performance schedule board for detailed areas and locations.

QWhat is Gangwon Provincial Drama Theater like?

A

Gangwon Provincial Drama Theater was established in 2013 to promote the culture of Gangwon, share the culture of Gangwon citizens, and develop the theater of Gangwon. We wish to communicate to the world as well as Koreans under the belief that the “authentic Gangwon and Korean beauty is world-class.”

QIs there a membership system?

A

A discount system for members is separately operated for homepage subscription members only. Performance information and various event information are provided to the mobile phone number and email address provided at the time of homepage subscription.
